CHICAGO (Reuters) – Online retailer Amazon.com Inc resumed selling hardcover and paperback books from Macmillan Publishers late on Friday in a sign the two companies are getting closer to resolving a pricing dispute over Macmillan’s electronic books, which remain unavailable on Amazon.

UK pupils learn SA languages

Student boffin is top programmer

Kieran Ekron, a computer programming student from Johannesburg University, has won the national leg of Microsoft’s Imagine Cup for an application that simulates crowd behaviour in football stadiums. Ekron will take on his peers for the world title in Poland in July 2010.
